What we grow

Amaranth
Striking crimson micro with earthy, beet-like flavour. Adds dramatic contrast to white or pale dishes.

Basil, Genovese
Classic Italian aroma — bright, sweet, and aromatic. Ideal for Mediterranean plates or dessert garnishes.

Broccoli
Mild, nutty, and clean — a versatile all-rounder with soft stems and tender leaves. Works beautifully as a garnish or a base for green mixes.

Bulls Blood Beet

Cabbage
